Vittoria Pasca is a qualified nutritionist, Lifestyle Medicine professional and book author specialized in plant-based and sports dietetics. She’s originally from Italy but lives in Suva, Fiji, where she created Healthy Eating, a business promoting healthy nutrition and non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention.

She likes cooking with local plants and creating nutritious recipes. She combines different ingredients to make sure meals are balanced and nutrients are well absorbed.

Her first book Pacific Vegan, Healthy and Creative Cooking with Pacific Plants won the 2022 Best in the World Gourmand Awards in the South Pacific category. She’s also the author of Healthy Eating with Pacific Plants! Your guide to nutritious, balanced & delicious meal planning with tropical ingredients (2022).

She is the co-founder and lead organiser of VegFest Fiji, a festival promoting plant-based diets and the consumption of local fruits and vegetables.
