Vittoria Pasca is a qualified nutritionist, Lifestyle Medicine professional and book author specialized in plant-based and sports dietetics. She’s originally from Italy but lives in Suva, Fiji, where she created Healthy Eating, a business promoting healthy nutrition and non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention.

She likes cooking with local plants and creating nutritious recipes. She combines different ingredients to make sure meals are balanced and nutrients are well absorbed.

She is the author of two nutrition-focused cookbooks celebrating traditional Pacific ingredients, Pacific Vegan and Healthy Eating with Pacific Plants!, which both won the international cookbook award Best in the World Gourmand Awards in the South Pacific category. In 2023, thanks to the collaboration with Fijian early learning educator Courtney Underwood-Dass, she also published We love our veggies, a colouring, activity and recipe book to teach children about healthy, local and sustainable diets.

She is the co-founder and lead organiser of VegFest Pasifika, a festival promoting plant-based diets and the consumption of local fruits and vegetables in the South Pacific.
