Healthy cooking with kids!

During our kids cooking class at the Alliance Française in Suva, we received a visit from Just Kids – FBC. 

What did we prepare?

Our famous sweet potato, vanilla & kumquat energy balls!  

 

 

We love cooking desserts with sweet potatoes because they are sweet and creamy, great to replace unhealthy fat and sugar.

 

Orange sweet potatoes are also a very good source of beta-carotene, an antioxidant our body uses to produce vitamin A.
